In the packages page, we have given very detailed info of what is included in the package and what isn’t. Hosting and domain charges are payable directly to 3rd parties. Besides that, typically there aren’t any other extra costs, unless you expand the scope of work or ask us to purchase and use some 3rd party plugins or other resources.

Most of our packages come with some months of maintenance included. Before making a payment, in our service contract, we will again clarify the scope of work in much detail.

Usually, the maintenance is straightforward, requiring only periodic one-click plugin or WordPress version updates. We will guide you on how to do that.
Errors in wordpress based websites are rare. In case they occur, our packages come with a few months maintenance contract. If the error occurs after that period, we charge an hourly rate of troubleshooting errors
