How the website design process works
You pay no upfront fee till you see your website home page ready and are satisfied with it’s design.
Step 1 - Home Page Design
• Once you engage us, we will show you a number of color combination design templates.
• Once a template/color scheme is selected, we design your Home Page.
• We make design changes as per your request. Once you are satisfied, only then we request a 30% deposit.
• If we fail to satisfy you, you pay nothing. You can simply drop the project, no questions asked.
Step 2 - All Web Pages Design
• We design your remaining web pages.
• Stock images will be provided by us. They are included in the package.
• Text, your business images and any other content has to be provided by you.
• We can provide content writing service at an additional cost. That is not included in the package.
• Once all pages are ready, we will request 40% more payment.
Step 3 - Training and Testing
• We provide training on managing and updating the website.
• We point your domain to the website.
• You test and check that everything is working smoothly for 3 days.
• We request remaining 30% payment.
Step 4 - Support
• We troubleshoot any errors that may arise during the period of maintenance support, as described in the service agreement.
• Any enhancements you need thereon are provided at an hourly rate.
• At the end of the Free hosting period(if it was in your package), you can opt for our hosting and maintenance package or we shift the website (free of charge) to a hosting provider of your choice who you can directly pay for any future hosting needs.
How the graphic design process works
Step 1 - Understanding your design preferences
- If you already have a company logo, desired color scheme in mind or some reference designs that you like, we request you to share those.
- Or we can start fresh and show you a number of designs and color combinations to understand your preferences.
Step 2 - Initial deposit and work start
- We request a 30% initial deposit and start work on your given task.
Step 3 - Samples and changes
- We share the work created with you in low-resolution, watermarked images. We make changes as per your requirements or create new revisions.
- Every graphic design package will include three different samples. There will be a maximum of five revisions for all graphic design packages except for complete brand identity design.
- For brand identity design, there is no cap on the number of revisions.
The Guarantee!
- If even after changes and multiple revisions, we are unable to satisfy you, we fully refund your initial deposit.
Step 4 - Final payment and files
- Once you are fully satisfied, we request remaining 70% of the payment. Upon payment, we transfer the high res files to you. You will own 100% copyright of the artwork you hired us to create.
